The B. Carmen Charles Foundation was born with the vocation of becoming a reference institution at the national and international level, committed a priori, to immigrant women living in Canada, who are stigmatized because of their infertility and victims of domestic violence. The B. Carmen Charles Foundation will serve as a bridge of essential resources for all women and girls.
