Legal and psychological support, skills and confidence, and a route back into work.
As women achieve power, the barriers will fall. As society sees what women can do, as women see what women can do, there will be more women out there doing things, and we will all be better off for it.

Legal services
The defence of women’s rights is one of the priorities of the Carmen Charles Foundation, because we are for equal opportunities and against all forms of discrimination against women.
We offer psychological and legal support to women who are victims of abuse and various forms of discrimination.
Women's empowerment
We organise activities, conferences, courses and workshops to build and develop skills, and to give women tools for self-knowledge and emotional management.
Professional integration of women in social exclusion
We deliver products to socially excluded women so they can generate income for themselves and their children, and we promote training courses for the professional integration of women living in poverty.
What we advocate for
The eradication of female genital mutilation
The right to reconcile family and professional life
An end to harassment at work in the maternity ward
Professional integration of women in social exclusion
Prevention of beauty stereotypes that harm women's health
